Monday

So today we headed out to Holy Hill- the rehab center for men for whom we are working. There is a large pile of debris that we must clear, we are cutting/staking firewood, and we are putting up a new fence. They made us a big lunch. We had soup and a then a plate of pork and dumplings. Then we sang some songs together and went around and shared our stories. Then back to work. After work we came back to Plzen got cleaned up and went to dinner. It was the same place we ate last night- U mansfelda. We think it is like a Czech Chilis. But its good i had some Schnitzel.

(FYI - Plzen is where Pilsner were first made. It is a very authentic Czech beverage.)

Afterwords we went back to Illy's Pizza for some Cups of Chocolate:
