Day1 in Czech

Friday- Saurday. Well we boarded the 1st plane around 1:00 EST. We arrived in Prague at 1:oo pm local time or 7 a.m. EST. Then we drove an hour to Plzen. Then we ate lunch until 4 pm. Then we went to our hotel. I got to take 2.5 hour nap before we met to go to dinner at 8pm. We were back in the hotel before 10 and asleep before 10:30. I slept until 7:30. The travel overall was good, but lengthy. The first flight was OK for everyone else but i spent the entire time in the bathroom, They say you should always lok on the bright side, so: Things were not coming out of my ears. that was pleasant.
Our hotel is neat it only has about 15 or 16 rooms, very European. It has a bar/restraunt downsatirs.

The lunch yesterday was great, i had some chicken and pork cutlets and some au gratin potatoes. It was very good. Also we had some sort of cake. For dinner we went to this little pizza place, and had some Mushroom pizza (not pepperoni- as we had thought we ordered). Culture POINT- In USA, pizzas are arranged cheese, pepperoni, an then the other varieties, apparently in Czech they are arranged: cheese, mushroom, ham, hawaiian, and then other stuff. The pizza was surprisingly good and the dessert was a cup of chocolate. They had 16 flavors of chocolate- each served in a coffee cup. Jodie had Hazelnut, i had jalepeno. It was basically hot pudding (i guess).

Sunday will involve my 1st breakfast, church, and a castle, so it should be awesome.

  1. Great info. Always fun to explore new things and I can't wait to hear more about your time there and see some pics/video!
I looked up where you were on a map at school so I saw how you said you bump right up to Germany. So maybe you can use your German there if that language is popular.
